Your project and package
Ouanz - Branding Studio provides custom design services. The package, add-ons and written proposal for your order describe what is included. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and any agreed project details.
If you need something outside that scope, contact the studio before ordering or approving extra work. Any additional deliverables, charges or changes should be agreed in writing.
Prices and payments
Check the selected package, currency, add-ons, discount and total at checkout before paying. An inquiry or leaving your email is not a payment.
PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. Where bank transfer or another payment method is offered, follow the instructions for that order and include its reference. A submitted transfer order is not proof that payment has been received.
Your brief and feedback
A useful brief includes the correct business name, your goals, the audience and any practical requirements. Let the studio know about deadlines, print specifications or restrictions before work begins.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply and for permission to use any logos, photographs, text or other files you provide. Reference work helps explain a direction; it is not permission to copy another brand’s design.
Delivery and revisions
A first logo concept is different from a finished identity or a complete packaging project. Check the delivery time and included revisions for the package you choose, and raise any time-sensitive requirement before ordering.
If the brief is incomplete, feedback is delayed or the scope changes, discuss a revised schedule with the studio. Review names, spelling, dimensions and production details carefully before approving final files.
Using the finished work
Your package or written agreement describes the final files and usage rights included. Website artwork and work created for other clients are not included in your purchase and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party fonts, photographs or other licensed materials can have their own usage terms. Ask about those licenses if you plan to use a file in a new way. Design work is not a trademark search or a guarantee of trademark registration.
Cancellations and problems
If you need to cancel, change your order or raise a concern, email hi@ouanz.co with your order reference and an explanation. Any refund or cancellation terms specifically agreed for your order should be kept with your project records.
This page does not introduce a blanket no-refund policy or remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. If something is wrong with the work or the payment, contact the studio so the issue can be reviewed.
Using the website
Do not use the website to upload harmful files, submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else or interfere with other people’s access. External websites, payment services and messaging services have their own terms.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. An update to this page does not by itself change a project agreement already made with you. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
